Northants Young Farmers Reaching Out

Northants Young Farmers Reaching Out

We’re proud to be working in partnership with Farming Community Network (FCN) and with the support of Scotts of Thrapston and Northamptonshire Community Foundation (NCF) on this #ReachingOut project designed to raise awareness and promote positive mental wellbeing among young people in rural areas.

With five Young Farmers’ Clubs across the county (Grendon, Kelmarsh, Oundle, Thrapston and Towcester) and over 200 members, we are well placed to reach out to young people, particularly but not exclusively in farming communities, and offer a range of activities to promote mental wellbeing and reduce social isolation, including team-building activity-based events, awareness training workshops, and competitions, whilst having fun and making new friends.

Visit our Country Show and Rally on Saturday 25th May at Denford Ash Farm, NN14 4EN to find out more about our Reaching Out project and see how you can get involved.
